RETURN POLICY:

Full-price merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit. Items must be in their original unworn, unwashed condition, with tags attached, and postmarked within 21 days of the shipping date.

Items reduced for clearance are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

To return an item, simply post the item back to us (as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, we suggest that you use a service that provides tracking and insurance), with the enclosed gift receipt or original receipt, a note as to the reason for the return, and whether you would like to receive a store credit or to exchange for another item.

In case of exchange, we recommend that you call the store (866-944-9250) to reserve the desired item; we will ship the replacement item upon receipt of the returned item.

You will be charged $10 for shipping, plus any remaining balance in cost.

Items may also be returned in person for store credit or exchange at our store, located at 5111 N Clark St, Chicago, IL.

Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground; please contact us for other shipping options. Sorry; shipments made by UPS cannot be delivered to PO boxes or APO addresses.
